Line Cook/Prep Cook

We are looking for passionate, self motivated individuals to join our culinary team as a line cook to:

Prepare all the food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Follow recipes, controls, portion, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant. Assumes 100% responsibility for quality of the products that are served. Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager. Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes. Track and report any food waste. Handle, store and rotate all the products properly. Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances.

Kitchen experience is preferred.

Must have Sunday availability.
